Reserves the right to correct price, quantity or specification or image errors that may occur in the printing of this catalog Manufacturer’s specifications subject to change without notice You must get approval from us before attempting any return. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge which includes any charges for outgoing freight paid by PiCo. Returns are to be accompanied by copy of original invoice. No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization Number. Warranty Information After our return policy period has passed, purchases made from PiCo Design Inc. are no longer authorized to be returned. After this time, products are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranty. In some instances, manufactures' will offer replacement or repair at their discretion. For your convenience, we can provide the manufacturers' contact information for your product. We are always interested in receiving feedback for any of the products and brands we sell.

Shortages
Claims for Overage/ Shortages/Damage must be made within 2 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and may be subject to restocking fee. No claims will be entertained after 30 days from shipment.

Damage
Before accepting a shipment from the carrier, check it for visible damage. If damage is concealed, contact the carrier’s agent without delay requesting inspection. Please file a claim with the carrier. Do not return damaged goods to PiCo Design. Notify the transportation company immediately and have your claim verified.
